“An indicator has a value when it’s indicating something, but if it’s not it shouldn’t be there” – a great design is based on principles like this one. Most importantly, it has the most true value in web design where art meets functionality. Weird, but there’s no united opinion how to call this combination. And that’s great, because being a part of the mysterious area is extremely attractive occupation and lifestyle.

My name is Osvaldas Valutis. I’m a 21-years-old freelance web / identity designer and web developer based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

I develop and design functional, creative, details and usability oriented websites as well as web applications by exposing the simplicity and the latest web standards as the main principles. During more than 6 (starting from 2009) years in the web industry I have worked with many different people on various projects and as a result I gained some unique and strong experience in the IT field and generally – life.
